POLE DANCE & FITNESS SESSIONS

Pole Dance and Fitness classes build muscle, burn fat, increase endurance, and improve agility. The gracefulness of dance and the strength of sport are combined into routines that are beautiful, physically demanding, and impressive. No experience is necessary and you will love the changes it will make to your mind and body.

90 minute classes meet once a week for 6 weeks.
Intro to Pole Dance & Fitness Static A or B is required prior to session registration.
Age 18+. All classes are for women only, unless otherwise specified. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels welcome (must have a normal range of motion and be free of recent injuries and pregnancy).

Pole Session Enrollments become non-refundable and non-transferable 72 hours prior to the session start. Classes require a minimum number of participants and may be cancelled due to low enrollment. In which case, refunds will be given.

A minimum of 2 hours advance notice must be given for missed classes. No shows will be charged as if they had attended class. Make-ups for advance notice cancellations must be pre-scheduled and done within the current session. Make-ups are subject to class availability as classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor availability. Refunds for missed classes will not be given.

INTRODUCTORY CLASSES

Intro classes have a max enrollment of 16 people, which is 2 students per pole. 24 hour cancellation notice required.

Recommended clothing for pole class is comfortable workout clothes without snaps or zippers. Classes are low impact, so restrictive tops are not generally necessary. Shorts or capris are preferred, long pants will need to be rolled up. No shoes required; pole classes are conducted barefoot.

Intro to Pole Dance & Fitness – Static A
Intro to Pole Dance & Fitness – Static B

For those who want to try out a Pole Dance and Fitness class, but are not ready to commit to enrolling in a session of classes. These classes use a static (non-spinning pole). At least one of these classes is required prior to session registration. There are 2 versions of this class (A and B). Take them both and learn some different tricks!

Intro to Pole Dance & Fitness – Spinning Pole
This specialty class uses a spinning pole. It is not recommended for anyone prone to dizziness or motion sickness. Please wear shorts to this class.

Pole Conditioning
This class is for all fitness levels and focuses on improving the strength and flexibility needed to improve pole dancing potential. It is an example of the conditioning done in our session classes with the added bonus of flexibility training.
